About the Job
The Talent Experience Intern (Graphic Design) supports the development of engaging visual communication materials that enhance employee experience, employer branding, and internal engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for translating creative briefs into compelling visual designs while contributing fresh ideas to strengthen communication and engagement across the organizatio
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in developing visual assets for employee engagement programs, internal communications, employer branding campaigns, and corporate events
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines and communication objectives
- Collaborate with the Talent Experience team to understand project requirements, timelines, and expected deliverables
- Revise and refine design materials based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and consistency
- Research design trends, visual concepts, and creative approaches to continuously improve design output
- Proactively contribute creative ideas and recommendations to enhance employee engagement and employer branding initiativ
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software
- Strong visual design, layout, typography, and creative thinking skills
- Possesses a proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Creative, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
