About the RoleStord runs fulfillment operations at scale, and the people on the floor are what make that
promise real. We're looking for a Fulfillment Learning and Programs Manager to build the
training content and programs that get our fulfillment teams up to speed fast and keep them
sharp as processes evolve.
This isn't a role that maintains a training binder and calls it done. You'll design the curriculum,
build the materials, and run the initiatives that turn new hires into confident operators and turn
process changes into adopted habits — across multiple sites, shifts, and skill levels.
About the Role
Stord runs fulfillment operations at scale, and the people on the floor are what make that
promise real.
Key Responsibilities
Build training content. Design onboarding curricula, SOP walkthroughs, job aids,
videos, and hands-on modules for fulfillment roles — from pick/pack to inventory control
to equipment certification.
Own programs end to end. Launch and manage structured learning programs (new
hire ramp, cross-training, leadership development for site supervisors, safety
certification) from design through measurement.
Support training initiatives across sites. Partner with site leaders, Ops teams, and
Learning Team to roll out new processes, systems, or equipment with training that
actually sticks — not just a deck nobody opens twice.
Keep content current. Continuously update materials as SOPs, tech, and workflows
change, so training reflects how the floor actually operates today.
Measure what matters. Track time-to-productivity, certification completion, and quality/
safety metrics tied to training, and use that data to improve the program.
Train the trainers. Equip site-level trainers and shift leads with the tools and coaching to
deliver consistent, high-quality training without you in the room.
Standardize across the network. Build a consistent training framework that scales
across facilities, while leaving room for site-specific realities.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience building and delivering training programs, ideally in fulfillment,
warehousing, manufacturing, or another operations-heavy environment
A track record of creating training content yourself — not just managing a vendor or an
LMS
Comfort designing for a frontline, hands-on audience: clear, visual, practical materials
over long-form theory
Strong project management skills; you can run multiple training initiatives at once without
dropping a ball
Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic content tools (video editing, e-learning
authoring, job aid design)
Willingness to travel to fulfillment sites as needed to observe operations and deliver
training in person
Preferred
Experience training on WMS (warehouse management system) workflows or similar
operational software
Background in safety or compliance training (OSHA, equipment certification)
Prior experience scaling a training function across multiple locations
