This isn't a job posting filled with buzzwords. We wrote it this way on purpose — to find the one person who reads this and thinks: "that's literally what I've been doing for the past decade."
We're looking for a senior leader to drive our business end-to-end: product development, distribution management, and operational excellence. You'll lead 0-to-1 initiatives, build strong partnerships, and scale our insurance business within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
If you're the kind of person who needs three months to "observe and learn the culture" before doing anything — this isn't for you. You'll inherit active projects, broker relationships that need attention, and product gaps that need filling on day one.

If you're the kind of person who needs three months to "observe and learn the culture" before doing anything — this isn't for you. You'll inherit active projects, broker relationships that need attention, and product gaps that need filling on day one.
What The Day Actually Looks Like
- Lead 0-to-1 insurance projects from a napkin-sketch idea all the way to market launch, owning strategy, execution, and the P&L that follows
- Build and shape life and general insurance products that people actually need — not just products that look good in a pitch deck
- Use data to drive product recommendations, because gut feeling doesn't scale
- Grow business across broker networks, strategic partnerships, and digital channels — you'll own the full distribution playbook
- Build real relationships with brokers and insurance partners (the kind where they pick up your call on the first ring)
- Own the whole thing. From the first product document to the moment a customer buys it. You write it, you spec it, you fight for it, you ship it. If it fails, you fix it. If it works, you scale it.
- Work across every team that matters. Product, Ops, Marketing, Compliance, and Tech — you're the one connecting these dots. If you've never had to explain product logic to an IT team at 11 PM before a launch, you might not be ready.
- Lead people, not just projects. You've managed a team before. You know the difference between delegating and dumping. You make people around you sharper.
- Track KPIs that matter, spot market trends early, and turn insights into revenue
- Keep us on the right side of insurance regulations — no shortcuts, no "we'll fix it later"
- Around 10 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance (underwriting and broking), or insurtech environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- You've built something from zero. A product, a channel, a team. You know what "0-to-1" actually feels like.
- You've led and grown a team. Not just managed — actually developed people and made them better.
- Proven ability to work across departments without needing a mediator or a town hall.
- Deep understanding of broker and distribution dynamics in insurance markets.
- Comfortable in a tech-driven environment. You don't need to code, but you need to think in systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
- Experience managing insurance partnerships and strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and insurance technology solutions
- Exposure to mutual funds or adjacent financial products — because insurance doesn't live in a vacuum.
- Experience in insurtech or fintech — you've seen how technology can actually transform distribution.
