We don't want a social media person who Googled "what is a Rights Issue" the night before the interview. We want a trader. Someone who's already in the market every single day, who feels a stock moving before the news even hits, and who can turn that into posts the Stockbit community actually wants to read.
If you're the kind of person who has three chart tabs open right now, who already knows why that ticker is running today, and who has strong opinions about it in the group chat — keep reading. If you need to look up what "cut loss" means, this probably isn't the one.
What The Day Actually Looks Like
You trade. That's the base of everything. Because you're in the market yourself, you already know what everyone's watching, what they're panicking about, and what they're arguing over — so writing about it comes naturally instead of feeling like homework.
When something moves the market — earnings, a big red day, a suspension, weird volume, some company drama — you're already. Fast. The whole point is that Stockbit's feed feels like it's ahead of the news, not catching up to it.
The rest of the day you're watching the tape and the community, deciding what's worth posting and what isn't, writing threads and captions that a beginner can follow but a serious trader won't roll their eyes at, and keeping the account sounding like a real person who trades — not a brand account reading off a press release.
You'll work with the design, video, and community folks to get stuff out quickly, and you'll keep an eye on what's actually landing (reach, shares, follower growth) so we lean into what works.

What You Genuinely Need
- You trade. Daily. Stocks for sure, and it's great if you touch other instruments too. You understand how the market actually works from the inside, not from a textbook. This is the one thing we won't budge on.
- Real market knowledge — technicals, fundamentals, corporate actions, how news actually moves price.
- You get traders — how they think, what they hype, what they fear, how they talk. Because you're one of them.
- A nose for news — you can tell in seconds what matters, how urgent it is, and how the market's going to react.
- You can write fast and clean — sharp captions and threads with an actual voice, in Bahasa / English.
- You live on social — you get how IG, X, Threads, TikTok and short-form work, and what makes something spread.
- You're calm when it's chaos — volatile session, everything moving, and you can still ship something good in minutes.
- 2–3 years of experience doing this kind of thing (social, content, community — ideally in finance or trading).
- High ownership, self-starter energy. Nobody's going to hand you a to-do list every morning. You spot the story, you run with it, you own the result — good or bad. If something's broken or missing, you fix it instead of waiting to be told.
- You actually use AI, and you want to get better at it. You're already using AI tools to work faster and sharper, and you're hungry to keep pushing what's possible with them — not scared of it, not ignoring it.
- You keep up with marketing trends — new formats, what's working on each platform, what other brands and creators are doing — and you bring those ideas in instead of running the same playbook every week.
- You can make markets fun. If you can turn a red day or a short squeeze into a meme people actually share — huge plus. We're not hiring you for the memes, but if it's in you, it'll get used.
- You already run a trading/finance account with a following.
- You know your way around IDX, and ideally keep an eye on US markets and crypto too.
- You already use and like Stockbit.
