Own the overall infrastructure strategy, including long-term architecture direction, platform evolution, and operational standards across the organization.
Lead the design and operation of cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, and storage, including architecture decisions, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
Establish and maintain strong SRE practices, covering monitoring, alerting, incident management, and post-incident reviews to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Ensure low latency and high availability across critical services, particularly for real-time workloads.
Embed security into infrastructure design, including access control, secrets management, network security, and system hardening.
Define and implement disaster recovery and failover strategies to support business continuity.
Lead and grow the Infrastructure, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and setting technical standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams to align infrastructure with business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Strong experience designing and operating high-traffic, distributed systems, with solid understanding of latency, throughput, and system bottlenecks.
Deep familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including networking, compute, storage, and infrastructure-as-code.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes.
Experience implementing and working with observability systems, including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
Solid understanding of security fundamentals, including IAM, encryption, network security, and secure system design.
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, with the ability to balance technical depth and team development.
Strong judgment in balancing performance, reliability, security, and cost.
Experience in fintech, trading systems, or crypto considered a strong advantage.
