We're looking for a Product Researcher who deeply understands investor behavior, trading psychology, and market sentiment. You will uncover what users truly need, how they make investment decisions, and what they are currently discussing within the investment community. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, feature development, and user experience to better support retail investors in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product and business challenges into structured research initiatives.

  • Identify investor needs, motivations, pain points, and behavioral patterns across different investor segments (beginner to advanced).

  • Monitor and synthesize insights from user discussions, community conversations, feedback channels, and market sentiment.

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept validation).

  • Analyze trading behavior, decision-making processes, and psychological drivers behind investment actions.

  • Synthesize findings into clear, strategic insights and actionable product recommendations.

  • Present and evangelize research insights to Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to shape roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product, UX, or Market Research (experience in fintech or digital products is a plus).

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-driven attitude.

  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

  • Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and customer segmentation.

  • Familiarity with investment/trading behavior or strong interest in capital markets.

  • Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods (foundational research preferred).

  • Strong synthesis skills — able to convert complex behavioral and sentiment data into product opportunities.

  • Proactive, curious, and highly user-centric.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
