We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern - Non Tech to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment processes and talent acquisition within a rapidly growing organization. You will have the chance to work closely with the People & Culture team, develop your professional skills, and gain real-world experience in non-technical hiring. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building relationships with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job ads on various job boards, social media, and career platforms to attract qualified candidates for non-technical roles.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments based on predefined criteria.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Draft and send communications to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement activities within the team.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Economics, Business, or Management is a plus.
  • Experience in investment or exposure to the investment field is a plus.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship in recruitment is an advantage.
  • Willing to commit to a 3-month internship.
