We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern - Non Tech to join our dynamic team. - Assist in posting job ads on various job boards, social media, and career platforms to attract qualified candidates for non-technical roles.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments based on predefined criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Draft and send communications to candidates regarding their application status.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement activities within the team.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Economics, Business, or Management is a plus.
- Experience in investment or exposure to the investment field is a plus.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship in recruitment is an advantage.
- Willing to commit to a 3-month internship.
