We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern - Non Tech to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment processes and talent acquisition within a rapidly growing organization. You will have the chance to work closely with the People & Culture team, develop your professional skills, and gain real-world experience in non-technical hiring. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about building relationships with others.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job ads on various job boards, social media, and career platforms to attract qualified candidates for non-technical roles.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments based on predefined criteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Draft and send communications to candidates regarding their application status.
Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement activities within the team.
Requirements
Fresh graduates with a degree in Economics, Business, or Management is a plus.
Experience in investment or exposure to the investment field is a plus.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous internship in recruitment is an advantage.
Willing to commit to a 3-month internship.
