We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to join our team! As a Lead TPM, you will be playing a critical role in improving and developing business processes and systems, working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and operations team members.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a highly dynamic product team.
Proactively gain an understanding of business context and requirements to ensure supporting processes and systems are updated and capable of realizing business opportunities.
Actively manage projects and initiatives.
Effectively manage changes in process and system by ensuring common understanding and alignment to all stakeholders through verbal and written documentation that is concise, clear, and easy to understand.
Develop, analyze, prioritize, maintain, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), UML diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and flowcharts for engineers and Quality Assurance testers.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to minimize issues before a new process or feature is deployed.
Be responsible and accountable in managing issues including but not limited to coordinating issues troubleshooting, updating internal stakeholders, and providing relevant information to external parties that support issue resolution.
Requirements
Min. 7+ years experience working as a technical program manager, engineer, systems analyst, or related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven proactive attitude in identifying problems/improvements and driving solutions.
Proven project management track record.
Excellent ability to analyze, model, and interpret data using different tools and techniques.
Proficiency and hands-on experience in Technical Diagram and Writing Tools for software development documentation.
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
Experience in using documentation tools like Notion, Draw.io, Whimsical, etc.
Experience in database management and SQL.
Plus point: experience in trading system development, or have ever used a trading platform.
Plus point: understanding of system design (for example: CAP theorem).
