Job Overview
As the Manager of Integrated Campaigns & Events, you will play a key role in driving pipeline by leading the strategy and execution of email programs, integrated campaigns, and event activations. You'll develop campaign plans, manage execution, and track performance, ensuring that programs engage our audience and support revenue goals. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll have ownership of campaigns and events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring programs to life.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute integrated campaign plans across email, partner, and events.
- Supporting ABM logistics and execution
- Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of email marketing programs, including segmentation, campaign build, testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Plan and manage logistics for events and field marketing activations (owned and sponsored), including promotion, registration, staffing, and follow-up.
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to ensure strong alignment on campaign and event follow-up.
- Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design to develop compelling assets that fuel campaigns and events.
- Track campaign and event KPIs, report on performance, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to maintaining campaign calendars, ensuring programs are delivered on time and align with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and campaign execution for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience managing and optimizing email marketing programs (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience supporting or managing event programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
