Brief Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr QA Engineer to help ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, running and maintaining manual and automation test suites to ensure the quality of our telehealth products. You will be part of a fully remote QA team that is responsible for validating that our software meets internal and external standards, in order to provide the best quality care for our customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for both web and mobile, working in Agile environment
- Collaborate with other engineers, communicating progress and challenges and soliciting input from QA team, Development and Product Management
- Execute and maintain the automated test scripts, assuring continuous testing process
- Implement advanced software testing methodologies, models and practices as required
- Develop automation frameworks using Cypress or Rest-Assured
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience testing software for both web and mobile
- Experience working in Agile environment with JIRA tools
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
- Knowledge of CI tools (GitLab, AWS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly energetic, responsible, organized, self-disciplined, self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Programming skills (i.e. Java, JS, SQL, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Experience working with automation tools Cypress, Selenium or RestAPI
