Brief Overview:

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, running and maintaining manual and automation test suites to ensure the quality of our telehealth products. You will be part of a fully remote QA team that is responsible for validating that our software meets internal and external standards, in order to provide the best quality care for our customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for both web and mobile, working in Agile environment
  • Collaborate with other engineers, communicating progress and challenges and soliciting input from QA team, Development and Product Management
  • Execute and maintain the automated test scripts, assuring continuous testing process
  • Implement advanced software testing methodologies, models and practices as required
  • Develop automation frameworks using Cypress or Rest-Assured

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience testing software for both web and mobile
  • Experience working in Agile environment with JIRA tools
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI tools (GitLab, AWS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly energetic, responsible, organized, self-disciplined, self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Programming skills (i.e. Java, JS, SQL, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with automation tools Cypress, Selenium or RestAPI
