We’re looking for a Global BizOps Lead to join Shipday’s Global Go-to-Market team and help build and scale the operations, processes, and systems that power our growth.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, you’ll transform our evolving business operations into a structured, repeatable, and scalable operating model.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into structure—and structure into growth. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to shape how Shipday operates and scales globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily business and sales operations and coordinate with different teams
* Manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
* Prepare and maintain accurate partner and revenue-sharing reports
* Manage partner payouts and ensure payments are accurate and on time
* Prepare regular reports on billing, revenue, payments, and other business activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and operational records.
* Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to resolve operational issues.
* Identify gaps in existing processes and help improve operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.50
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience from leading business schools
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
* Interest in business operations, billing, finance, and business strategy
Compensation:
**Job Type:** Hybrid (Office + Remote)
**Salary: 120,000 BDT per month + bonus
