As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we’re expanding our founding team with talented engineers who want to shape the future of local delivery. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who’s ready to go beyond a typical developer role and help design, build, and scale our platform from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with our CTO/Head of Engineering and collaborate with a world-class team of experts in logistics, technology, and design to create the next generation of delivery intelligence systems.
- Lead the technical design and delivery of key product initiatives across the stack, from architecture and planning to implementation, testing, and release.
- Own major systems and services that power merchants, drivers, and partners globally, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and easy to evolve.
- Guide the team on software architecture, engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across front-end and back-end development.
- Build and review high-quality front-end experiences in React with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and optimize back-end systems in Java and/or Python with attention to scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Drive reliable cloud infrastructure and operations in AWS, including ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Establish strong observability practices with logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting to improve system performance and operational reliability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations to translate business goals into pragmatic and scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and day-to-day technical guidance.
- Help shape technical roadmap decisions, identify risks early, and make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
- Write clear technical documentation and communicate architecture decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Full Stack Engineer, or similar role in a product-focused environment.
- Strong experience designing and building production systems across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend development.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and service architectures.
- Strong familiarity with AWS services and modern cloud architecture.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of system design, reliability, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to different audiences.
- Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Bonus: experience building or scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
- Bonus: experience with logistics, marketplace, or delivery-related systems.
