Strategy & Operations LeadAs a Business Strategy and Operations Lead at Shipday, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and improving the operational practices of our Sales and Marketing divisions.
You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product development and business development, to address complex challenges and develop strategies that align with our business goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of market research, financial modeling, and business intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
- Previous work experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve execution and efficiency
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel and drive solutions end-to-end
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of business strategies and operational processes, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Present GTM insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to leadership
- Own outcomes — from problem definition to execution to measurable results
