The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Revenue Operations Business Partner (Channel Partnerships), joining our Revenue Operations and Acceleration team.

The Revenue Operations Business Partner, Channel Partnerships will be focused on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and optimization across the Channel Partnerships organization. With a keen understanding of Remote’s GTM & Channel Partnerships Strategy, the Revenue Operations Business Partner will focus on standing up new processes and optimizing systems, reporting, and operating cadences that are critical to ensuring a consistent, scalable, and positive partner strategy for all the different types of partner channels and verticals. With this role being the first of its kind on the team, we’re looking for a teammate who is a strategic thinker, has the ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done.

What you bring

  • Qualified candidates will have experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high-growth environment
  • Experience partnering with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, & Finance teams on driving operational rigor and success for the Partnerships team.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other PRM tools and ability to build/maintain executive-level reports & dashboards, drive pipeline hygiene, & liaise with GTM Systems on providing technical requirements.
  • Complete knowledge and experience with forecasting and opportunity management as well as analytics in Salesforce
  • Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approaches based on business context
  • Project management experience delivering quality product in a fast-moving environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role to challenge the status quo and bring innovation
  • Show excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences, adapting style to different audiences
  • High ability to foster relationship building and network with senior stakeholders who are not always familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and implement operational and process improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business needs for Channel Partnerships team.
  • Together with the central Revenue Analytics team support the Channel Partnerships Team with reporting, partner attribution, and dashboards to track KPIs. Leverage knowledge about the partner programs, specific region, prospects and customers to generate insights and help develop localized strategies to optimize GTM motions and drive leads.
  • Manage partnerships data migrations and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the Partnerships team; partner with GTM Systems on overseeing and ensuring they integrate with the broader GTM stack.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on partner programs and partner relationship management software best practices, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Generate insightful reports to track progress, uncover trends, and make data-driven recommendations for partner program optimization, empowering us to stay ahead of the competition. Monitor market trends and evaluate competitor partner programs to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including but not limited to KPI management, margin analysis, & forecasting.
  • Collect and manage feedback from Partners into the ongoing roadmap for all partner programs.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, RevOps, Marketing, and Sales, to help identify, design, and implement the business processes necessary to optimize a successful channel experience across partner programs through Salesforce and other tech stacks.
  • Provide support to troubleshooting, administrative, and bulk data upload tasks related to partner reporting and system hygiene.
  • Translate business initiatives into actionable objectives for Sales operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan as well as measuring the overall impact and success

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is 40,850 to 91,900 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
