As a Finance Operations Intern you will be responsible for:
- Support the reconciliation of merchant transactions
- Assist with the analysis of merchant transaction data and settlement reports
- Help verify and align merchant settlement data with internal records
- Support the preparation of detailed operational and reconciliation reports
- Support the identification and escalation of reconciliation or settlement discrepancies
- Help ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement data through basic checks
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners under guidance when required
- Provide support during audits by assisting with data compilation and documentation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Recent graduate with strong interest in finance operations and accounting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
Internship Details
- Internship duration: 6 months
- This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in finance operations, reporting, and process support
