Rapyd is looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our Issuing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a great team on challenging and exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
- Service to cardholders
- Resolution of queries
- Fraud Monitoring
- Other various tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or education in a related field
- Experience in the payment industry – Preferred
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and disciplined work methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
