We are looking for an organized, relentless and process driven professional to join our growing team! As a Data Manager for the Customer Value organization, you will help establish, evolve and optimize our processes and data to drive critical decision making. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience with all segments of the data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, storage, management, analysis, visualization and possess the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.

Strong leadership, relationship management skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are also essential to succeeding in this role. Always looking for ways to improve scalability and process efficiency, this role will have cross functional impact and help power Phenom’s ability to deliver for our customers each and every time!


What You'll Do


  • Deliver actionable insights on customer interactions to streamline resolutions and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Categorize and advocate for our customers internally, optimizing processes and systems to increase the overall effectiveness of the customer lifecycle.
  • Work cross functionally to document business standards and procedures that meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of key customer insights as well as formulate how we can optimize resources to improve outcomes.
  • Strong sense of accountability, decisiveness, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Ability to concurrently prioritize and manage multiple projects of varying degrees of size and scope
  • Strategic influential skills coupled with excellent communication with ability to present to key stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization – including senior management
  • Demonstrated track record of collaboration across multiple, disparate internal business groups, with the ability to build strong networks and relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Work Experience

What you've done:


  • 2+ years within a data driven functional role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented, process driven thinker with a keen sense of ownership and urgency
  • Experience in documenting business processes with an internal customer mindset.
  • Salesforce, Looker, and/or any other Business Intelligence tool experience.
  • Willingness to learn, unlearn, and think on your feet.
