Phenom is seeking an engaging, business-oriented Global Revenue Enablement Program Manager to lead the end-to-end enablement program for Phenom’s global Account Management team. This includes developing the enablement roadmap with business leaders aligned to global and regional sales performance goals, aligning enablement to behavior/skill shifts and measuring enablement program effectiveness. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure Phenom product, process and technology changes are incorporated into the Account Manager’s work life cycle. Bring your strengths and experience to improve sales performance while delivering engaging, motivating experiences for the global Account Management team.


What You'll Do

  • Responsible for onboarding and up-skilling programs aligned to the needs of the Revenue role organization related to the global Account Management teams
  • Develops a deep understanding of the global stakeholder’s business needs, outcomes, metrics and builds a role specific enablement strategy.
  • Become a product ambassador, delivering product-related learning to the global Account Management team. This includes how to incorporate product messaging, value and benefits from pipeline management to upsell and renewal.
  • Create and manage enablement programs and content aligned to behavior shifts and various performance factor levels
  • Provide all stakeholders specific enablement content for onboarding and the ramp journey, including hiring manager role during onboarding
  • Deliver and reinforce all enablement sessions to assigned stakeholders using live and e-learning modalities.
  • Coach stakeholder team members on an individual and team basis
  • Participate and contribute in QBRs/team meetings on enablement updates
  • Assist in Deal Reviews, Win Rooms and Revenue Kickoff Planning activities
  • Drive consistent refinement and improvements to the approach based on business needs
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with marketing, product marketing, product management to build the right enablement assets needed to drive up-skilling
  • Ideal candidate has Value Selling sales methodology experience.

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years enablement and presentation experience in a scaling Human Capital Management SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree and or related experience
  • Has been in a Revenue or a sales organization to understand the roles and responsibilities of the teams within the function
  • Experience delivering on sales methodologies and has enabled teams on it
  • High-level understanding of Cloud Computing and hosted applications
  • Strong experience in asset development and use of enablement technologies
  • Proven track record in having great program management skills and delivery

Salary

  • Expected salary range $120,000-$130,000
