Position Overview

Phenom is seeking an accomplished Executive Director Global Revenue Enablement to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our global revenue enablement function. This executive will play a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of our customer-facing teams—including Sales, Customer Value, and Partner organizations—by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools needed to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


What you’ll do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global revenue enablement strategy aligned with Phenom’s business objectives and growth targets
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive executive alignment and translate go-to-market strategy into actionable enablement initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance

Enablement Program Development

  • Design and oversee onboarding, everboarding, and continuous training programs for all revenue-generating teams, ensuring rapid ramp-up and ongoing skill development
  • Develop and maintain scalable, data-driven enablement content, sales playbooks, product demos, and competitive intelligence resources
  • Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics in enablement workflows, leveraging Phenom’s own AI-powered solutions

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the enablement tech stack (e.g., CRM, LMS, sales engagement platforms) to support global scale and efficiency
  • Continuously refine sales methodologies, processes, and tools to drive productivity, pipeline generation, and revenue performance

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and inform data-driven decisions
  • Build business cases and present executive-level insights and recommendations tied to revenue impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Value to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, training, and customer engagement
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across global teams

What you’ve done

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales strategy, or sales operations, preferably within SaaS/software or HR technology environments
  • Proven success in building and scaling global enablement programs for mid-to-large enterprise organizations
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer value processes and best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in enablement technologies and AI-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and experience managing enablement KPIs and reporting
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools/processes at scale

Salary


  • Expected salary range $150,000 - $175,000
