What You’ll Do
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Travel Administrator to manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate travel. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel arrangements, including visa processing, ticket bookings, accommodation reservations, and expense tracking, while adhering to company policies and budgets. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Travel Coordination:
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for employees and executives.
- Ensure all travel complies with company policies and budget constraints.
- Visa Processing:
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and other travel-related documentation.
- Stay updated on international travel regulations and coordinate with consulates, embassies, and agencies to ensure timely processing.
- Ticket Booking:
- Book air, rail, and other modes of transportation for corporate travel.
- Handle rebooking, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
- Accommodation Arrangements:
- Reserve hotel accommodations and negotiate rates to secure the best value for the company.
- Maintain a database of preferred vendors and accommodation providers.
- Expense Management:
- Monitor and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports on travel expenditures for internal use.
- Policy Compliance:
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies and industry standards.
- Recommend improvements to policies for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Crisis Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving travel-related issues, delays, or emergencies.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for unforeseen situations.
What You’ve Done
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 6 yrs years of experience in travel administration.
