Work with multiple stakeholders and own 2 charters - FLIP and Adherence program which directly impact the margin / bottom-line numbers for the company.
Challenging charters which require an ownership mindset with ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams.
Monitoring, reporting, and managing the 360-degree view of 'Flip'-project regarding medicine substitution, and thus increasing order fulfillment of company.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams like product, analytics and design team to identify opportunities and challenges, to improve fulfillment and to prepare appropriate strategies and work on margin expansion.
Forecasting and conducting analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity and dealing with manufactures, increasing medicine adherence.

Requirement s

Any engineering graduate or MBA postgraduate with minimum 4-5 years' experience
Skills: Proficient in excel, analytical skills, good communication skills with experience in program or project management.
