FP&A/Commercial role working closely with Senior Management in B2C Business

KRA- P&L Management, Category Finance & corporate costs controller:

You will be responsible for developing and preparing reports as well as providing support for

business planning and budgeting. Work closely with accounting and operation teams to achieve

job objectives. You will be reporting to VP Business Finance.

Job Description

• Perform monthly financial analysis, evaluate financial performance (including

operational and financial metrics) by comparing and analyzing actual results with

budget and forecasts

• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make

recommendations for improvements.

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Support and coordinate the annual financial planning process in close partnership

with the business & operation team

• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative

analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

• Support due diligence exercise for fund raise

The Successful Applicant

• CA with 3 yrs of experience

• Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must

• Confidence to express opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial

management
