The Role
We’re seeking an Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to sit at the center of Percent’s day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll support deal execution and cash management across the Operations, Investor Relations, and Underwriting teams while partnering with Product and Engineering to identify improvement opportunities and develop technology-integrated solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance independent problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Integral role on the Operations team managing day-to-day business activities
- Handle banking operations and money movements
- Assist the Operations, Investor Relations, and Underwriting teams with managing deal execution and cash management activities
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams, to help find areas of improvement and generate ideas for technology integrated solutions on the platform
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Work with our Finance team and accountants to manage the back office activities
- Develop automated reporting solutions for internal stakeholders and external investors
- Maintain and improve existing excel-based models while transitioning workflows to scalable solutions
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, banking, private credit, fintech, or alternative investments
- Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 99) licenses required, or willingness to obtain shortly after joining
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
- Strong creative and analytical thinking in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to address problems independently
- Equally comfortable working collaboratively on a team or autonomously
- Passion for startups, financial services, and technology

The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
