Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years focused on private credit, fintech, or alternative investment markets.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex deals valued at $25K+ with multi-stakeholder decision processes and 3–6+ month sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of private credit fund operations, deal origination, underwriting workflows, and institutional investor software needs.
  • Strong network and proven experience selling to credit funds, family offices, asset managers, underwriters, or similar institutional clients.
  • Mastery of consultative and solution-based selling with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision makers (e.g., CIO, COO, CFO, Head of Operations, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with confidence delivering business cases and ROI analyses to sophisticated financial buyers.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g.,HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting; comfortable using analytics to track and improve sales performance.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage prospects, attend conferences, and build client relationships.

Benefits

  • Competitive commission, base salary, and equity compensation
  • Hybrid work environment in NYC
  • Commuter stipend
  • Paid vacation days
  • 100% paid medical coverage for employee/family
  • Dental & vision insurance
