Description

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, helping companies become Agentic Enterprises where humans and AI agents drive customer success together. Our trusted platform unifies people, agents, apps, and data so work happens with shared context, governed execution, and continuous intelligence.

The Role

The Revenue Cloud Product Marketing team owns the messaging and market narrative for Salesforce’s revenue lifecycle management portfolio—spanning Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Billing,Subscription Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. This role shapes how Revenue Cloud is positioned in the market, translating complex capabilities into a clear, differentiated story that resonates with CFOs, RevOps leaders, CROs, and technical buyers.

The ideal candidate understands how enterprise companies manage the quote-to-cash process end to end and can connect technical capabilities to meaningful business outcomes. You will develop buyer-centric positioning, messaging, and content that guide go-to-market execution across campaigns, enablement, launches, and field programs—partnering closely with teams across marketing, sales, product, and enablement that bring the strategy to market.

You will also represent Revenue Cloud in cross-Salesforce initiatives, ensuring its story is coherent, competitive, and compellingly connected to the broader Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use-Case & Solution Narratives: Build the cross-product use-case library for the highest-value Revenue Cloud scenarios enterprise buyers evaluate (e.g., AI-assisted quoting, automated revenue recognition, subscription lifecycle with Agentforce). Ensure every narrative is grounded in customer outcomes, financially defensible, and insulated from competitors.

  • Agentic Revenue Narrative: Define how Salesforce tells the story of AI across the revenue lifecycle—from agents that recommend deal structures and pricing to those that execute renewals, billing, and revenue processes. Translate technical capabilities into differentiated, outcome-driven messaging that demonstrates how Agentforce combines intelligence with governed data, rules, and workflows.

  • Buyer Journey Frameworks: Map messaging to how CFOs, VP RevOps, and CROs make purchasing decisions. Build the frameworks field teams and Cloud CMOs use to reach these executives with the right story at every stage.

  • GTM Activation & Demand Generation: Convert solution narratives into pipeline-generating assets: first-call decks, solution briefs, executive presentations, campaign frameworks, and field enablement. Partner with demand gen and campaigns teams, work within the Drive Enablement Excellence and Global Campaigns guilds, and track how narrative investments translate to pipeline and conversion.

  • Competitive Differentiation: Own Revenue Cloud competitive positioning. Drive the core argument that Salesforce is the only platform that connects the full revenue lifecycle. Operationalize into proof points, battle cards, and objection handlers for sellers.

  • Cross-Salesforce Alignment: Represent Revenue Cloud in corporate campaigns, company-wide launches, and cross-BU programs. Ensure the revenue lifecycle narrative is coordinated with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform — and that Revenue Cloud's voice is present and distinct in Salesforce's biggest moments.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years in product or solution marketing within enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record in financial, revenue operations, or monetization-adjacent domains.

  • Revenue Process Expertise: Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash, CPQ, billing, subscription management, or revenue recognition — either from a marketing or practitioner background.

  • Solution-First Approach: Demonstrated success building narratives centered on CFO/RevOps business problems rather than product feature lists.

  • Demand Gen Fluency: Proven ability to work alongside demand gen partners to translate messaging choices into campaign performance and pipeline outcomes.

  • Enterprise Buying Knowledge: Fluency in how finance and revenue operations teams evaluate, consolidate, and purchase enterprise platforms.

  • Influence Without Authority: Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, aligning with Sales Cloud, Platform, Finance stakeholders, and corporate Marketing.

  • Communication: Exceptional written communication skills — able to write a CFO-facing executive narrative, a solution brief, and a competitive battle card in the same unified voice.

  • AI Fluency: Strong understanding of Agentforce and AI agents applied to revenue workflows, with a personal habit of using AI tools to produce sharper output, faster.

  • Leadership Track Record: A history of owning scope beyond the formal job description and visible ambition to grow into broader revenue marketing or GTM leadership.

Nice to Have

  • An MBA or equivalent analytical rigor.
