We are looking for an exceptional Member of Technical Staff to join the AgentExchange Partner Experience team and help us build the future of the Salesforce partner ecosystem. Our team is working on building the next generation ISV Platform — the backbone that empowers thousands of ISVs and SIs to bring their solutions to market. We want you to be part of this success story.
The Partner Experience team is responsible for the applications and services that allow our ISVs and SIs to publish their apps to the AgentExchange. This includes Security Reviews, LLM-assisted publishing, Lead Generation, Trial, Licensing and Payment setup, as well as Analytics. The Partner Console application is predominantly TypeScript and JavaScript with integrations and services running across multiple other platforms. The team is focused on streamlining, simplifying, and unifying the ISV Experience.
As an Engineer on this team, you'll design, develop, and deliver solutions that define the publishing experience for Salesforce's global partner ecosystem. The system you build will be extensively used by partners around the world to distribute their applications to all existing and future Salesforce customers.
AgentExchange is building the next generation of our ecosystem marketplace, extending the base and the boundaries of our platform, while infusing intelligence through every step of our customers' and partners' journey. The new ecosystem enables packaging, publishing, and listing solutions across multiple technologies — including Agentforce, Einstein, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Slack — while delivering full transactability within the AgentExchange (Discover → Purchase → Provision). The One AppExchange Framework is our dynamic, extensible data and services platform that expands the tenancy capabilities of the AgentExchange site, while also bringing our ecosystem to Trailblazers wherever they are.
What you should have:
2-3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript)
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL)
Solid testing practices across layers (unit, integration, end-to-end) with a strong commitment to test coverage
Experience working with APIs and integrations
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows.
Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Ability to own features end-to-end and communicate technical trade-offs clearly
Champion a strong engineering culture: coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, service ownership, and operational excellence
Nice to have:
A strong desire to learn technology and a polyglot attitude — willingness to span multiple languages and platforms.
A commitment to quality, stability, and performance across the entire software development lifecycle.
Deep understanding of how to balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability and technical health.
