Description

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Associate Analyst, Ad Operations to join our growing global team in São Paulo. In this role, you will consolidate and own the critical accountability for keeping Salesforce’s global Paid Social and Content Syndication programs running cleanly, securely, and compliantly. This is not a role for passive task executors; we are seeking an active operator who owns outcomes. Every paid media lead form and landing page we deploy must be verified to prevent bad data from entering our downstream systems and protect against privacy compliance failures.

In this role you will leverage advanced AI-assisted automation tools to manage high-volume data validation while applying critical context and judgment to complex edge cases. This role is ideal for an early-career operations or digital marketing professional eager to build a strong foundation in data integrity, compliance, and automated marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Lead Form QA & Compliance: Execute end-to-end quality assurance and lead testing for thousands of campaign builds per quarter. Verify that every lead capture form routes data correctly into our CRM systems and strictly displays required privacy policy language.

  • Multi-Language Landing Page Validation: Conduct rigorous quality control on thousands of third-party landing pages per quarter across multiple languages, ensuring every digital touchpoint meets global brand guidelines and user experience standards.

  • Taxonomy & Data Integrity Ownership: Maintain the global system of record for paid media tagging and data taxonomy across tens of thousands of rows of campaign data. Actively manage, investigate, and triage incoming QA support tickets from global stakeholders.

  • AI-Assisted Workflow Optimization: Operate, test, and maintain the automated workflows and AI bots powering our operational pipelines. Use AI for volume-level pattern detection and anomaly flagging, while stepping in as the critical human layer to handle complex calls, data nuances, and non-standard configurations.

  • Global Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a reliable operational anchor across a matrixed ecosystem, coordinating daily with global media strategy teams, internal lead generation activation functions, and external agency partners.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in ad operations, marketing operations, digital campaign management, business analysis, or data quality assurance (relevant internships and intensive academic projects considered).

  • Language & Communication: Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document QA logic, summarize technical anomalies, and coordinate across global teams.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and an uncompromising eye for detail. You must be comfortable managing high-volume, repetitive data checks with a zero-error mindset where compliance is concerned.

  • Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency with modern collaboration platforms (Slack, GSuite). A strong desire to work with automated workflows, AI-driven data tools, and large-scale data systems. Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving & Systems Thinking: A natural ability to understand how data flows between third-party marketing channels and internal systems, with the troubleshooting skills required to untangle mismatched tracking codes or broken workflows.

  • Mindset: A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset who embraces accountability, remains adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and values collaborative, team-first execution.
