Description

Tableau (a Salesforce company) is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for an expert Mid Market Sales professional to join our team in Frankfurt.

You will be responsible for selling Tableau in a patch covering a broad range of Mid Market accounts across the Western Germany region. This is a very lucrative chance to create a big impact in this arena, and to support you, we have a hard-working team to enable your success. The elegance of our solution is that it can be used by anyone - and can help everyone - which enables you to target a wide remit of potential prospects and influencers across any organisation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define and execute a strategic territory plan across Mid Market accounts and prospects in Germany

  • Drive new business and expand existing customers through disciplined, value-based selling

  • Run full-cycle deals from discovery to negotiation and close

  • Deliver compelling product demos and clear storytelling, supported by SEs when required

  • Lead high-impact conversations with business owners, IT leaders, and line-of-business executives

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and data hygiene in Salesforce

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including SEs, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Partners

  • Leverage the broader Salesforce platform and cross-cloud synergies to build transformative customer data strategies

  • Travel across Germany to meet customers, run workshops, and win strategic deals

Who You Are:
Mid Market Seller: Minimum 3-5 years in a quota-carrying role with a track record of winning fast-moving, value-driven deals.
High Performer: You have a track record of success (consistent achievement, awards, promotions). You speak in numbers, rankings, achievements and can point to clear success at scale.
Driven & Resilient: You operate with an internal motor, sustain effort through multiple cycles, and don't need constant external motivation.
Coachable & Self-Aware: You take feedback well, adjust quickly, and show ownership without excuses.
Curious Problem Solver: You dig deep, ask great questions, and focus on understanding root causes, not just pushing features.
Intelligent Communicator: You can take complex information and translate it into simple, high-impact business outcomes for decision-makers.
