  • Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Field Service portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
  • Recruit, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of Technical Program Managers, scaling their impact and aligning their growth with Salesforce's long-term AI strategy.

  • You have foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
  • You hold professional Agile Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP-PO).
  • You possess a rare ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
