The Experience

The Agentic Leadership Development team sits at the intersection of talent, technology, and organizational transformation - building the future manager operating model for Salesforce's Human + AI era. As Director, Agentic Learning, you'll lead the enterprise strategy that equips 12,000 leaders to orchestrate work across humans and digital labor, driving capability change that's embedded directly into the flow of work - not sitting in a classroom. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the enterprise strategy for agentic manager capability, shifting from traditional programs to AI-enabled, in-flow leadership development experiences embedded across the full manager lifecycle.

  • Own the strategy, design principles, and roadmap for the Agentic Learning ecosystem, partnering across Talent, Product, Design, and Technology to integrate learning, coaching, and guidance into daily workflows.

  • Lead change strategy for large-scale manager behavior change globally, helping leaders understand, trust, and apply new Human + AI ways of working to increase capacity and execution speed.

  • Define success metrics tied to manager effectiveness, AI adoption, leadership behavior change, and talent outcomes - using data and insights to continuously improve the capability system.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 10+ years leading leadership development, manager transformation, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, or learning strategy in large, global organizations.

  • You have proven success translating enterprise strategy into scalable capability solutions that improve manager effectiveness and business performance.

  • You've designed or integrated AI-enabled learning, coaching, workflow, or talent technologies into a leadership or capability ecosystem.

  • You bring strong systems thinking and a product mindset, with the ability to connect talent, technology, organizational design, and business outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience leading enterprise-level change management for AI adoption or workforce reskilling initiatives.

  • You have deep familiarity with learning science, workforce transformation research, or future-of-work frameworks.

  • You've operated as a bridge between learning strategy and technology or product delivery in a fast-moving environment.

  • You bring a track record of executive-level stakeholder influence and simplifying complex ideas into practical leadership behaviors.
