Description

Join Salesforce's UKI Field Marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager focused on Industry Programs, based in London, UK. In this role, you'll design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline across key industries, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing - Industry Programs.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Partner with industry sales leaders and cloud teams to build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaign plans tailored to key accounts and sectors across the full buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision).

  • Develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences, and manage campaign performance through data-driven analysis and optimisation.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of pipeline results by tracking key metrics — including pipeline progression and Annual Contract Value (ACV) attainment — and presenting findings and optimisation strategies to leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Creative, Content, Digital, Events, PR, Product Marketing, and Operations to deliver flawless execution across all channels.

Required Skills:

  • You have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, multi-channel business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns spanning digital, events, email, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM).

  • You have a track record of developing net-new marketing strategies that directly impact enterprise-level pipelines, including experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting return on investment (ROI).

  • You're a strong communicator and collaborator who can align with Sales executives, lead strategic conversations, and influence across a matrixed organisation without formal authority.

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • You have direct experience using Salesforce products (e.g., Marketing Cloud) in a marketing capacity.

  • You hold an MBA or MSc, or have equivalent advanced experience in a marketing strategy role.
