Description
As the Field Marketing Lead – Top Accounts & Program Management, you will own the intersection of top account marketing and marketing program management across South Asia. This role drives C-level engagement for top enterprise accounts while also orchestrating the region's marketing operating rhythm — connecting India and ASEAN leadership, removing blockers, and ensuring every workstream moves with precision.
You will plan and execute executive events, leadership forums, and innovation briefings for strategic accounts, while simultaneously managing the cross-functional cadences, pipeline reviews, and communications that keeps the South Asia marketing organisation aligned and moving.
What You'll Do
Executive Engagement & Top Account Strategy
Plan and execute high-touch Top Account marketing programs for South Asia's top enterprise accounts
Partner with enterprise sales teams and regional leadership to identify priority accounts, map stakeholders, and build engagement plans aligned to pipeline objectives
Marketing Operating Rhythm & Governance
Drive the South Asia marketing cadence — weekly meetings, pipeline reviews, and 7-country business reviews
Assign and track action points from leadership forums and reviews, following through to closure
Strategic Communications & Leadership Enablement
Own communications for all marketing-led and marketing-supported field events, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates across stakeholders
Prepare and deliver executive briefings, joint planning decks, and country plans in collaboration with directs and regional leadership
What We're Looking For
Experience
10+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, spanning field marketing, account marketing, or marketing operations
Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs
Experience driving executive engagement prograMs — C-suite events, leadership forums, roundtables — with measurable pipeline impact
Skills & Capabilities
Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating across C-suite, sales leadership, account executives, and cross-functional teams
Strong program management abilities with the capacity to run multiple workstreams simultaneously across India and ASEAN
Sharp communicator — able to synthesise complex data into crisp executive narratives, briefings, and leadership updates
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, pipeline contribution, and programme ROI
