As the Field Marketing Senior Lead – South Asia Virtual Events, you will own and scale the end-to-end Virtual Events and Webinar program across India and ASEAN. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of demand generation, pipeline marketing, and digital engagement.

You will lead the strategy and execution of flagship large-scale virtual summits along with cloud-specific and industry-specific webinar series across enterprise, mid-market, and ESMB segments. You will serve as the strategic DRI for virtual events, working in close partnership with Cloud and Industry Marketing leads, Product Marketing, Solution Engineering and Sales.

This role requires a blend of big-picture program strategy, hands-on execution excellence, and data-driven pipeline thinking.

What You'll Do

Own the Virtual Events Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual virtual events and webinar calendar for South Asia, aligned with business priorities across clouds

  • Lead the strategy and delivery of flagship South Asia virtual summits along with cloud-specific and industry-specific webinar series

Drive Audience Generation & Pipeline

  • Define audience generation strategy to ensure coverage across enterprise, mid-market, and ESMB segments.

  • Build and manage multi-channel promotion: email marketing, paid digital, social amplification, partner co-promotion, and SDR-led outreach

Deliver World-Class Event Experiences

  • Own end-to-end program management: agenda design, speaker curation (Salesforce executives, customer speakers, partners, startups), abstract development, content localisation, and breakout structure

  • Coordinate dry runs, pre-recording, MC briefing, Q&A facilitation, and day-of logistics

  • Manage content freshness and avoid repetition across the program, ensuring every event delivers fresh, high-value programming

Measure, Optimise, and Report

  • Define KPIs for virtual events including registrations, attendees, Marketing-Driven Pipeline, lead volume, conversion rates, and account coverage

  • Track webinar campaign performance across paid digital and organic channels; analyse persona-level digital engagement data

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 6+ years specifically in virtual events, webinar program management, or demand generation in the enterprise technology sector

  • Demonstrated experience owning large-scale virtual event programs with measurable pipeline outcomes

  • Prior experience in the SaaS/CRM/cloud technology industry strongly preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Deep expertise in virtual event platforms and webinar execution (ON24, Webex Events, Zoom Webinars, or similar)

  • Strong command of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent) for email campaign execution, audience segmentation, and registration management

  • Experience running paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, programmatic) to drive event registrations with measurable ROI

  • Exceptional project management skills — able to manage multiple simultaneous programmes across geographies with tight timelines

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability for audience generation targets
