- Troubleshoot and resolve declarative and data issues in production, partnering with business stakeholders to complete process mapping and deliver moderate-complexity enhancements.
- Execute deployment runlists and environment sync activities, supporting a smooth and reliable Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodology.
- Identify opportunities to experiment with new tools, practices, and platform capabilities — including AI features — to drive continuous improvement across supported business verticals.

- You hold Salesforce Administrator (201), Platform App Builder, and Advanced Administrator (211) certifications.
- You're comfortable working independently across user and access management, data tools (Data Loader and Workbench), incident and problem management, and change management processes.
- You communicate clearly — in writing and in conversation — and can confidently translate technical concepts for business partners.
- A related technical degree required.
Even Better If…
- You have Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- You bring knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management or Vendor Management System principles.
- You have experience with end-to-end business process mapping across multiple verticals.
- You hold additional Salesforce certifications or have exposure to platform-native AI and automation capabilities.
