Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer renewals and maximize revenue for the company.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them.
