Description

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Manager with an impact player mindset — someone who isn't just looking for a checklist, but is inspired by the challenge of evolving how we connect with talent. In this role, you will be the creative engine that translates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into compelling, relevant content designed to attract specific talent personas and bring our culture to life.

You will function as a bridge between strategy and execution, orchestrating a diverse multimedia ecosystem. Whether you are providing the vision for a high-production brand film in partnership with our internal studio or hands-on editing a polished social clip, you ensure our brand voice remains authentic, impactful, and platform-native across every touchpoint.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

1. Content Orchestration & Persona Translation

  • Bringing the EVP to Life: Take our established brand narrative and translate it into tailored content that resonates with specific technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Multimedia Ecosystem: Facilitate the creation of career site content, advertising creative, blogs, and interactive experiences (like quizzes) to ensure a cohesive candidate journey.

  • Continuous Evolution: Actively identify emerging media trends, assess results with a data-driven lens, and provide recommendations on how we can shift our strategy to stay ahead of the curve.

2. Video & Audio Production

  • Art Direction & Collaboration: Act as the creative visionary for "Hero" brand videos. You will provide the vision, brand direction, management of budget and project while collaborating with our internal creative studio and external partners to bring the project to life.

  • Agile Creation: Personally produce and edit high-quality content that requires a nimble touch — ranging from polished event spotlights to refined UGC-style campaigns.

  • Vodcast & Podcast Management: Oversee the lifecycle of talent and culture related audio and video podcast series, ensuring high standards for editing, narrative flow, and format innovation.

3. Digital Intelligence & Tech

  • Modern Discovery (SEO/GEO): Ensure all content is optimized for the current landscape, maintaining a deep understanding of both traditional SEO and the growing field of Generative Experience Optimization (GEO).

  • AI Fluency: Proactively integrate AI tools into your workflow to streamline production, enhance creative brainstorming, and scale our reach.

  • Narrative Design: Utilize advanced deck-building skills to socialize creative concepts and pitch new initiatives to stakeholders through visually compelling presentations.

  • Channel Synergy: Partner closely with careers social media to ensure content is optimized for distribution, occasionally providing cross-functional support for channel management during high-impact campaigns.

You're Our Person If …

  • Resilient & Inspired: You possess an impact player mindset, thriving in environments where you can solve complex problems and turn challenges into creative opportunities.

  • A Strategic Translator: You can take high-level brand pillars and turn them into tactical, beautiful assets that speak directly to a candidate's needs.

  • An Adaptive Creator: You are comfortable toggling between directing a large-scale shoot and getting into the weeds of a video edit yourself.

  • A Digital Storyteller: You understand the nuances of different platforms and possess the agility to jump into various channel environments to ensure our company voice feels authentic and timely.

  • A Discerning Editor: You possess high discretion and a sharp sense for detail, ensuring every piece of content — whether a blog post or a vodcast — meets our quality standards.

  • A Collaborative Partner: You know how to work seamlessly with Art Directors and creative teams, providing clear vision while respecting the specialized expertise of your partners.

You bring:

  • Multimedia Editing: Proficiency in professional video and audio editing software, preferably Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) or similar professional editing software.

  • Presentation Design: Expert-level ability to build narrative-driven decks that communicate vision and results. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for high-impact storytelling decks.

  • Tech Forward: Active experience with AI-assisted content tools and a deep understanding of how candidates search for information in an AI-driven world.

  • Social Media Aptitude: Direct experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot) and a readiness to provide cross-functional, hands-on coverage for channel distribution and community management when needed.

Even Better If …

  • Design Sensibility: A strong aesthetic for typography and layout that ensures self-produced decks and social assets feel "premium" and cohesive.

  • Sound Engineering: Experience with high-quality audio mixing for podcasts, ensuring the "brand sound" is as polished as the "brand look."

  • Prompt Engineering & AI Integration: Experience not just using AI, but building custom prompts or workflows that help the team scale content production without losing the human touch.

  • Content CMS & SEO Mastery: Familiarity with back-end career site management and technical SEO to ensure their storytelling actually gets discovered by search engines.

  • Portfolio of "Firsts": A portfolio that demonstrates a willingness to experiment with "brave" content — things that took a risk but paid off in brand equity.
