Your role will involve:
Building and sustaining thriving Equality Group communities across ANZ
Advancing Salesforce's regional equality strategy and compliance commitments
Driving flagship programs that support women, LGBTQ+, First Nations, and diverse employee communities
You will collaborate with Equality Group leaders, ESBPs, HR partners, external organisations, and executives across ANZ, ASEAN, and globally to develop programs, events, and resources that advance professional development, belonging, and cultural awareness.
