The Experience

Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. The Director of Technical Program Management for Trust & Infrastructure will lead strategic technology programs that drive organizational efficiency and transformation within the Trust & Infrastructure TPM team. You will also spearhead programs driving transformation to Hyperforce, Salesforce's infrastructure product offering built on top of third-party cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner with program leadership teams to drive cross-functional planning and execution across Engineering, Customer Enablement, Legal, and Product to deliver key business value.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical programs with clear accountability and ownership.
  • Drive cross-domain communication and coordination across multiple cloud environments to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment by applying flexibility, organizational clarity, and strategic leadership to address unforeseen challenges.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have a proven track record leading large, highly complex programs from inception to delivery.
  • You communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from individual engineers to senior executives.
  • You bring strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills to ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
  • You thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation as an individual contributor.

Even Better If...

  • You have prior experience with cloud infrastructure programs, particularly involving AWS or GCP migrations.
  • You have experience working within or alongside Trust and Infrastructure teams at a large technology company.
  • You have familiarity with Salesforce's product ecosystem or similar enterprise platform environments.
