Description
Overview Of The Role
The Agentic Workforce Strategy & Innovation team sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential shifts in enterprise business: the rise of AI agents and the reimagination of how work gets done. As {Title}, you will serve as the lead architect for an entirely new enterprise capacity model, one that treats human headcount and digital agents as a single, optimizable system, shifting the organization from linear headcount tracking to a dynamic, multi-dimensional labor model. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
Responsibilities
Design and evolve the enterprise's first integrated capacity model, establishing a Unified Labor Taxonomy and Human-AI Augmentation benchmarks that enable direct, standardized comparisons between human and digital labor for executive-level decision-making.
Build and maintain a 3-year scenario simulation engine that translates emerging AI capability developments into concrete workforce supply and demand adjustments across every major business unit.
Architect a unified Workforce Data Cloud integrating employee, contingent, and digital worker data into a single source of truth, with self-service access through AI-fronted interfaces and multi-dimensional slicing across organizational structures, job taxonomies, and cost centers.
Distill complex capacity data into forward-looking leadership narratives, surface structural talent risks before they impact the Innovation Roadmap, and partner with VP-level stakeholders to translate strategic hypotheses into actionable workforce plans.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience building enterprise workforce planning or capacity models that integrate financial, operational, and talent data at scale.
Expert-level ability to model Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for both human and digital resources, including fluency in SQL, Python, or advanced business intelligence platforms.
Proven track record of translating complex quantitative analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives and influencing senior leadership decisions.
Experience designing and operating data architecture solutions, including integrating external market intelligence sources to benchmark workforce costs, geography, and talent accessibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or modeling AI agent deployments alongside human workforce planning, including familiarity with labor economics at the human-AI intersection.
Familiarity with external workforce intelligence platforms such as TalentNeuron or LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Experience operating in a futurist or strategic foresight capacity, translating macro AI capability trends into business-specific workforce implications.
Background in enterprise budget cycles and experience presenting workforce capacity recommendations to C-suite or CFO-level audiences.
