The Experience

The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) Account Executive is part of the Swiss Enterprise Sales team at Salesforce. In this role, you will manage a high volume of medium and small-size opportunities across Enterprise customers and prospects in Switzerland — partnering with senior Account Executives to drive growth and take your enterprise sales skills to the next level.

We are looking for an ECS Account Executive who is self-driven, curious, and coachable, with a strong foundation in solution selling and a passion for building long-term strategic partnerships with customers.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging appropriate resources including Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners to support deal execution.

  • Use solution selling expertise to respond to customer needs, build strategic long-term partnerships, and position Salesforce solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, and return on investment analysis.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline week to week, exceeding monthly and quarterly targets by selling into enterprise accounts within your assigned market sector.

  • Partner with senior Account Executives to develop your enterprise sales skills, contributing to Salesforce growth across the Switzerland region.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 2 or more years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles and own all aspects of territory management.

  • You are self-driven, curious, humble, and coachable — with strong business and sales acumen and the ability to engage effectively across diverse buying centres.

  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quota, ideally in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience selling to diverse buying centres within Enterprise customers, including Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and Procurement.

  • You have prior experience in CRM application sales, SaaS solutions, or a specific industry vertical relevant to the Swiss enterprise market.
