Description

Overview of the Role

We're looking for a Data Analytics Lead to join our Renewals Data & Insights team. This is a high-impact, stakeholder-facing role for a self-driven professional who can operate independently, owning the full lifecycle of analytics solutions from requirements to delivery. You'll be a trusted partner to business teams, driving adoption, capturing feedback, and keeping things running smoothly without needing close oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Data Architecture: Understand the underlying data architecture supporting the Renewals business, and how to use it to report on business performance

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visualization-related needs; build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners to deeply understand their data goals; conduct office hours, training sessions, and onboarding for new users

  • Adoption: Proactively engage stakeholders to drive dashboard adoption and self-service analytics across the organization

  • Feedback and Enhancements: Own the end-to-end feedback loop - capture, prioritize, and implement stakeholder-driven enhancements in a structured and timely manner

  • Operational Support: Provide responsive support, including assistance with time-sensitive escalations and high-priority requests; monitor dashboard health and proactively resolve issues before they impact stakeholders

  • Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for dashboards, data sources, and support processes

  • Strategic Partner: Act as a thought partner to senior business stakeholders - go beyond execution to proactively identify analytical opportunities and surface insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in renewals/sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud,; ability to write complex calculated fields, LOD expressions, table calculations; experience optimizing workbook performance - load times, extract strategies, and efficient viz design

  • Solid SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization; ability to independently structure analytical approaches for complex, ambiguous business problems; hands-on experience with Snowflake or equivalent enterprise data warehouse

  • Experience with data governance principles and implementing row level security (RLS) in Tableau to ensure appropriate data access across stakeholder groups

  • Proven track record of stakeholder-facing work, comfortable leading conversations, gathering requirements, and managing expectations across seniority levels

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to make data accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority - able to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in the quantitative field from an accredited university.

  • MBA or Masters in a technical field a plus
