Overview of the Role
The Professional Services Growth and Offerings Team is a global team driving Salesforce success by delivering high-value offerings that enable customers to unlock the full potential of AI-driven digital transformation.
As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you are an AI Builder at heart—someone who doesn't just follow a roadmap but creates one. You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in the "gray space." Where others see confusion, you drive clarity, transforming complex problems into streamlined services offerings. You are AI Curious, constantly looking for ways to integrate Agentic workflows and automation into our offerings to ensure our customers stay ahead of the curve. This position reports to the Vice President, Growth and Offerings.
Responsibilities:
Drive AI-Ready Offerings: Build and iterate on offerings that accelerate the consumption of Salesforce products, specifically focusing on how AI and Data Cloud drive customer success.
Lead Through Ambiguity: Take high-level business goals and nebulous market needs and translate them into concrete, actionable offering kits (GTM deliverables, pricing, and FAQs).
Work with cross-functional subject-matter-experts, and offering stakeholders to plan, scope, develop and deliver new offerings or updates to existing offerings. Each offering includes a set of GTM deliverables, delivery kits, required resources, pricing, FAQs and other relevant materials.
Develop content (slides, documents etc.) to support new and existing offerings
Support all offering operational and launch activities
Ensure cross functional communication & alignment with all stakeholders
Driving progress through effective, regular communication and accountability
Designing and establishing processes, tools, standards, metrics and people operations capabilities for new offerings.
Based on knowledge and insight gained from involvement with product teams during offering development, support delivery organizations in forecasting resource needs to support offerings
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective action
Anticipate bottlenecks, work out contingencies with throughout a project lifecycle
Support operational activities of the Growth and Offerings team
Support development and delivery of offering management strategic initiatives, as tied to the V2MOM
Demonstrate collaboration, initiative and accountability on all assignments
Identify opportunities to use Agents to increase speed and scale
