Description
Program Architects are strategic advisors and Salesforce platform guides for our largest enterprise customers. They combine deep technical expertise in architecture, AI, and enterprise integration with the ability to engage at the C-suite level — painting a solution vision, architecting systems that orchestrate autonomous AI agents, and guiding teams through delivery. This role sits at the forefront of the Agentic Enterprise, helping customers transform the way humans and digital agents work together.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at our most strategic enterprise accounts, engaging regularly at C-level
Lead architecture across complex engagements — coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects on the team
Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements, and ensure solutions are scalable and follow standard methodologies
Partner with project and engagement managers on planning and implementation in close collaboration with the customer
Review and shape project vision, implementation approach, and key delivery artefacts
Proactively manage issues and facilitate effective engagement with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management
Mentor and develop diverse teams — customers, partners, and colleagues — across both technical delivery and non-technical topics such as communication strategy and executive influence
Drive internal growth by contributing to innovations, building a strategic brand, and sharing knowledge to develop teammates' skills
Support pre-sales activities where required to position Salesforce Services
Contribute to Salesforce's community commitments by joining or leading volunteering activities aligned with our 1-1-1 model
