Salesforce is looking for a driven Partner Account Senior Manager to join our Alliances and Partner Sales team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be at the heart of Salesforce's partner-led growth strategy in the Italian market, building and scaling relationships with key system integrator partners and resellers to accelerate revenue and customer success. With Agentforce and AI woven into every layer of our platform, you will co-create joint strategies with partners that drive meaningful outcomes for customers across Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with system integrator partners and resellers operating in Italy, building trusted C-level relationships within partner organizations and holding partners accountable to agreed business targets.

  • Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned to Salesforce's Agentforce and AI platform, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with field Account Executives (AEs).

  • Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce's latest offerings, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance and identify acceleration opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Italy's field sales, Solutions Engineering (SE), marketing, and industry advisor teams to support customer success, adoption, renewals, and expansion.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy, with deep knowledge of the Italian enterprise technology market and key verticals.

  • Proven ability to drive revenue through system integrator, reseller, or ISV partner models.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders within partner and customer organizations.

  • Business fluency in both Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, with familiarity with Salesforce's partner ecosystem including global system integrators and the AppExchange marketplace.

  • Experience with Agentforce, AI, or data-driven transformation solutions.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience influencing at the executive level.
