About Salesforce & Futureforce
At Salesforce, we believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our Futureforce team is on a mission to change that, building pathways for the next generation of talent through world-class internship programmes, university partnerships, and global recruiting events. If you're passionate about people, programmes, and making things happen, we'd love to work with you.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and organised contractor to join our Futureforce EMEA team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager for Programs & Events, Futureforce International, you'll take ownership of a varied and exciting portfolio, from managing internship cohorts to delivering high-profile recruiting events across Europe.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in flawless execution, and loves working in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
What You'll Be Working On
Internship Programme Management
You'll play a central role in delivering our EMEA internship programme, supporting multiple cohorts across the year. From onboarding logistics to manager engagement and ongoing activations, you'll help ensure every intern has an outstanding experience.
Events & Office Tours
You'll support the planning and delivery of a calendar of recruiting events and campus activations across EMEA, including flagship conferences and office visits. You'll also coordinate ad-hoc office tours throughout the year.
Operational & Procurement Support
You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing on-going administrative processes, PO and contract management, coordinating swag orders, and providing general programme support.
Project Leadership
You'll take the lead on a number of cross-functional projects, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving delivery end-to-end.

- Be a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience with PO processing and contract administration
- Have a genuine interest in emerging talent and making a difference for the next generation of talent
- Be based in Dublin and able to attend the Dublin office as required
