The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist team of former top-tier strategy consultants working directly alongside the Northern Europe CEO. We're looking for driven, agentic leaders who don’t just follow a playbook, but rewrite it.
As we enter the era of Agentforce, Salesforce is no longer just a platform of record; it is a platform of autonomous action. In this role, you'll orchestrate this transformation, working with our largest customers in the Nordics to design and deliver the AI-driven strategies that fundamentally change how they operate and compete.
This role is a high-octane blend of frontline commercial execution and autonomous strategic leadership. You will partner with Enterprise sales teams on the most complex, high-value opportunities across the Nordics, engaging directly with C-level executives to provide the structure, insight, and ‘agentic’ drive required to push transformative deals over the finish line.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Define Commercial Strategy: Take ownership of defining the commercial "North Star" for your accounts; identifying or shaping the highest-value opportunities, prioritizing autonomously, and building a clear path from first insight to signed deal.
Orchestrate Agentforce Transformations: Work with customers to envision and articulate how Agentforce and autonomous AI can fundamentally re-engineer their core business processes - and translate that vision into compelling, board-level narratives.
Build Investment Theses: Develop and defend high-impact Investment Theses, analyzing key business value drivers, quantifying business value and building C-level consensus to secure buy-in for the next generation of Salesforce ecosystems.
Master Complex Deal Structuring: Engineer sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals. You are responsible for articulating the long-term strategic and financial value and resolving customer constraints for our most ambitious proposals.
C-Level Influence: Create and deliver "Visionary Propositions" to CxOs, serving as a trusted advisor for their most critical technology and business model decisions.
Experience & Skills
Top-Tier Strategy Consulting: Required 5+ years (or 3+ years post-MBA) experience within a Top-Tier Strategy Consulting Firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.).
Agentic Mindset: You are a self-starter with high "activation energy" - someone who identifies gaps and closes them before being asked.
Analytical Rigour: You have best-in-class problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear compelling narratives that drive executive decisions.
Executive Presence: You're a credible, confident voice in C-suite conversations — able to challenge, advise, and land recommendations that stick.
Tech-Forward: A deep-seated passion for the Enterprise Software industry and the evolution of AI/Autonomous agents.
Commercial Drive: You want to win, and enjoy high-impact commercial environments where strategic thinking and compelling value articulation drive lasting partnerships.
