Job Description Summary
The Solutions department is a strategic team that supports the proposal of our cloud solutions from both business and technical perspectives. You will collaborate with Account Executives (Sales) to identify customer business challenges, design solution architectures, and create/deliver compelling demonstrations to present a transformative vision to our clients.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Tableau and dedicated to achieving customer success through proposals that directly address business and management issues.
Role Description:
Solution Proposals & Strategic Planning
Formulate solutions for customer business needs and assist in planning future-proof system roadmaps.
Create and deliver customized demonstrations to provide a concrete vision for solving key challenges.
Develop comprehensive proposals focusing on solution design and implementation plans.
Development of Sales Assets
Leverage expertise to create industry-specific solutions, proposal templates, and assets for advancing Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives.
Marketing & Event Support
Support marketing activities by speaking at seminars/events and conducting high-impact demonstrations.
Basic Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in Presales for solutions such as CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, or BPM; or experience in System Integration (SI) sales, Project Management, or Consulting within these domains.
Proven experience in delivering presentations and demonstrations at seminars, events, or executive meetings.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in proposing CRM-centered enterprise solutions.
Skills in demo development and environment customization.
Project Management (PM) experience in large-scale SI projects.
