Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our new Partner Security, Governance, and Guardrails Platform. In this new product management role, you will define and execute the strategy for services and tools that ensure partner-deployed technology—especially AI agents—remains secure, safe, compliant, and predictable across runtime environments. You will own the roadmap for empowering our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) with the tools they need to maintain enterprise-grade trust, operational control, and safety at scale.

About the Role

As the Director of Product Management for this new domain, you will build and scale a comprehensive suite of platform products across strategic pillars, such as: Permission Enforcement, Agent Learning & Data Governance, Cross-Org Policy Enforcement, and Cost Control & Resource Governance. You will work directly with our partners to safely innovate with AI, delivering essential mechanisms like Agent kill switches and dynamic action constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the zero-to-one product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Security, Governance, and Guardrails Platform.

  • Permission Enforcement & Action Constraint: Pioneer the transition from static, user-inherited permissions to dynamic, task-driven access envelopes, giving AI agents secure and distinct identities.

  • Agent Learning & Data Governance: Build robust controls that specify exactly what partner-deployed agents can ingest, retain, or learn from customer data, including strict egress policies for external AI endpoints.

  • Cross-Org Policy Enforcement: Design a scalable architecture that allows ISVs to declare baseline security policies that automatically propagate across all subscriber organizations where their packages are installed.

  • Cost Control & Resource Governance: Deliver a two-tier governance mesh that allows ISVs to configure default caps and throttling rules for flex credit consumption, preventing runaway agent costs and unexpected customer bill-shock.

  • Service Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key platform services, such as Partner Guardrail Services, Partner Security Assistant, Permission Enforcer, Cost Control Framework, Partner Agent Learning Governance Service, and Action Constraint Policy Engine.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, Go-To-Market, and external ISV partners to deliver these mission-critical trust services.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with proven success in leadership roles (Director level or equivalent).

  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise security, trust, identity, data governance, and platform product management.

  • Specific experience working with ISVs, partner ecosystems, or B2B developer platforms.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, agentic architectures (LLMs, generative AI), and the unique security/compliance challenges they present.

  • Proven track record of successfully securing resources to build and launch greenfield enterprise or platform products from zero to one

  • Exceptional ability to navigate complex architectural discussions with engineering counterparts and translate them into clear, customer-centric product requirements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Practitioner experience with analytics tools like Snowflake, a strong plus
